Thank you for shopping at Launch Review (powered by Finobazzaar). We appreciate the trust you place in our digital products.
Because we sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software, PLR content, templates), we generally do not provide refunds once the product download link has been sent. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be “returned” to us.
Refund Eligibility
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will honor a full refund request ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Major Technical Defect: The file is corrupt, damaged, or fails to function as described, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.
- Product Not As Described: The product delivered is significantly different from the description or preview on our website.
- Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your Order ID and a screenshot or clear description of the issue. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a reversal to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or NetBanking). The amount will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
