Nature of Goods: We sell downloadable digital products (software, templates, graphics, PLR content). No physical items are shipped.
License: Unless explicitly stated (e.g., “Resell Rights” or “PLR”), all products are for your personal or commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files with others without permission.

3. Payments & Pricing

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment Gateway: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking). We do not store your card details.
Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of our business, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases (e.g., defective files) as outlined in our Refund Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link is sent.

5. User Account & Security

You agree to provide accurate purchase information (Name, Email). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Launch Review is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Launch Review shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product paid by you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
