At Launch Review (powered by Finobazzaar), we pride ourselves on speed. Our automated systems are designed to deliver your digital purchase instantly.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Instant Delivery Orders:
For most products in our store, cancellation is not possible. Once your payment is confirmed, our system instantly generates your license and emails the download link. Since the product is “delivered” immediately, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions:
You may request a cancellation ONLY if:

• You placed a duplicate order for the same item by mistake.
• The download link was never delivered to you due to a system error (and you have not yet accessed the file).

How to Request a Cancellation

If you meet the exception criteria above, you must contact us immediately (within 2 hours of purchase).
