❌ Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and the digital product is delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
⚠️ Exceptions to Cancellation
Cancellations may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase made accidentally.
- Technical issues such as a broken or incorrect download link (and the issue cannot be resolved).
- You did not receive the product within 24 hours AND you have already contacted our support team with no resolution.
To be eligible for such exceptions, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@launchreview.finobazzaar.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Email used during checkout
- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation
- Payment receipt
